Returns may be submitted with 48 hours of purchase if the registration code HAS NOT been activated.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your refund request, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All Return Requests outside of the 48 hour window must include a scanned copy of your test results indicating a below passing score.

- Proof of passing Practice Exam of 90% or greater must be verified.
